Called to Care.
Something has to change. Maybe you've known it for a while.
Perhaps anxiety is running the show. Maybe a relationship is fracturing, or the past keeps showing up uninvited. Whatever brought you here, you deserve more than coping strategies on a handout. You deserve a counselor who actually listens, and knows what to do with what you share.
"Anchor & Advance" reflects the two-part rhythm at the heart of good counseling. First, you find your footing -- a stable, safe place to process what is weighing you down. Then, from that grounded place, you begin to move forward. The image comes from Hebrews 6:19, where the Apostle Paul describes hope as an anchor for the soul -- not a chain, but a foundation. At Anchor & Advance Counseling, that is the work: anchoring you in hope, then walking with you as you advance toward the life you were made for.
The approach is wholistic because people are wholistic. Your thoughts, relationships, faith, history, and daily habits all matter here.
Nothing gets left at the door.
This is a space where you can be honest, get support, and actually make progress.
